- Lymph node diffusely overgrown with small lymphocytes
- The lightly shaded zones are areas of increased proliferation, called pseudonodules.
Lymphoma of lowgrade malignancy. Often initially stage IV (blood, bone marrow). The lymph node has the appearance of CLL.
