Forensic autopsy: cardiac tamponade following aortic dissection
type A
- HE (21): irregular density of nuclei in media. Centres of nuclei
distracted.
- Outer media noticeably strongly vascularised.
- Small cysts in loosened ground substance
- Orcein Sirius(22): the elastic lamella are disrupted in some places.
- The cloudy lighter areas in elastic gaps are mucopolysaccharide
cysts.
- There are no inflammatory infiltrates.
