40-year-old male, increasing anaemia. A bone marrow biopsy shows infiltration of CML. In the peripheral blood release of blasts

- The lobar structure of the liver is maintained.
- Steatosis, predominantly in pericentral zones (as in the given case)
- Portal fields with loosened cellular infiltrates
- Abundant myeloid blasts in the sinuosoids.

In CLL, blasts mainly lie in the portal fields, as opposed to CLL.
